New year, new me, new resolutions, new hobbies… we all need a way to kick off the year with new beginnings. After lots of festive hot chocolates, I am turning my attention to my diet and swapping those hot chocolates for some healthy juices!
Try out the recipe below to kickstart your January mornings (makes 2)
Ingredients:
- 2 x Apples
- 2 x Celery Stalks
- 3/4 x Cucumber
- 2 x Large handfuls of spinach leaves
- 1/2 x Lemon
- Mint leaves
- Chia seeds (optional)
Method:
Juice all ingredients, pour into a glass with ice, sprinkle chia seeds on top – and serve!
