Aoife Delaney shares one of her favourite recipes for a morning smoothie that helps prepare you for the busy day ahead!
“This smoothie is fantastic as it’s your entire breakfast in one glass and keeps you full of energy for the morning!”

Ingredients:
- 1 x heaped tablespoon porridge oats.
- 1 x heaped tablespoon hulled hemp seeds.
- 1 x tablespoon chia seeds.
- 1 x teaspoon nut butter (almond or cashew are my favourites).
- 1/2 x frozen banana.
- 4 x strawberries.
- 1 x cup cold almond milk.
- Optional: strawberries to garnish.
Method:
- Simply put all ingredients in a blender or nutribullet.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with strawberries.
- Enjoy!
