Boho Gelato have been producing top quality Italian style ice-cream and sorbet on site in Brighton for 6 years. They use Sussex produced milk and cream and top quality ingredients from around the world (such as Sicilian DOP Bronte pistachio or Indian alfonso mangoes) to make 24 ever changing flavours daily. Their total flavour list has now grown to over 400 with more being added all the time! Boho also make non-diary and vegan friendly flavours including chocolate, nut and coffee variations. They have recently been listed in the top 10 ice creams in the UK by the Guardian, Telegraph, Buzzfeed and feature regularly in blogs, magazines etc.
