Owner and head chef, Lauren Guptill, (pictured with her brother, Aram Guptill) seeks to create ice cream that is an artistic expression of the culinary diversity found throughout the world.
Composing inventive and exotic flavors drawn from the spice markets of North Africa to the villages of the French Alps to the bustling barrios of South America, Rococo ice cream is handmade in small batches in Maine, yet inspired by travel.
Rococo’s signature ice cream is the French-inspired Goat Cheese Blackberry Chambord. This creamy flavor has a tang of goat cheese mellowed out by the smooth fruitiness of Chambord to create a globally inspired work of art.
